Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer the following USPS shipping options:
Fast — USPS First Class (4–6 Business Days)
Faster — USPS Priority (3–4 Business Days)
Shipping time-frames are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
USPS International First Class
Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 Business Days
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.
Taxes, VAT, duties, and applicable international fees are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed within 36 hours.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please allow an additional 1–2 business days during peak periods (including promotional events).
All orders are subject to review for consumer protection purposes, which may occasionally result in minor processing delays.
Delivery & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for delivery delays or non-delivery resulting from:

Multiple Shipments
Certain countries impose value limits on imported goods. If your order exceeds your country’s limit, it may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Please note that UNION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
