Returns & Store Credit — UNION
Because UNION products are designed for intimate use, we’re unable to accept returns on certain items for health and safety reasons.
Final Sale Items
- All UNION condom purchases are final sale.
- Intimate accessories, devices, and vibrators are final sale unless found to be defective.
For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of condoms or any intimate products that have been opened or unsealed.
Items Eligible for Return
We’re happy to review return requests for:
- Unopened lubricants
- Enhancers
- Aphrodisiac products
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- You must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as Store Credit.
Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If something doesn’t seem right with your order, please reach out within seven (7) days of delivery. We may ask for photos or additional details so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
We genuinely want you to feel confident in your purchase and will always do our best to handle concerns thoughtfully and fairly.
